Fitted furniture firm maintains turnover over £100m

Fitted furniture supplier Hammonds Furniture has reported another growth in sales.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 29 September 2023, total sales rose 2% to £106.8m from £104.7m in 2022, further adding to its growth of 10% from £95.1m in 2021.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £1.7m, down from £5.9m recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, Hammonds said that revenue growth was in line with its business plan and remains committed to achieving further growth by adopting a digital first strategy, effective cost control and investing in its people.
