Supplier of decorative faced sheet materials, panel components and flat pack furniture, Decorative Panels Group, has reported a decline in sales.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, total sales were down 8.2% to £105.1m from £114.6m in 2024.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £3.6m, consistent with the previous year.

Within its divisions, sales of wood based panel components stood at £38.6m, down from £40.7m, while revenues of decorative faced wood furniture increased from £37.7m to £40.1m. Sales of decorative faced sheet materials fell to £26.4m from £36.1m.

Stated within its report, the company said: “The business continues to review areas where increased efficiency can be achieved. Despite the economy still being challenging the directors believe the business has again performed solidly.”
