Fitted furniture supplier grows turnover to almost £40m

Woodland Kitchens, a prominent Northern Irish manufacturer and supplier of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture, has reported sales of almost £40m.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, total sales for the 10-month period stood at £38.6m, compared to revenues of £25.9m for the year ended February 2024.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £1.3m, up from £1.1m compared to the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said: “The 10 month period ended 31 December 2024 represents a period of significant development within the group of companies.

“During this period, the group secured external investment from the Business Growth Fund and completed its acquisition of the JTC Furniture group.

“The Directors are pleased with the financial performance of the group in the period ended 31 December 2024, and the group remains in a sound financial position. Gross profit margin has increased to 35% in the period from 23%.”
