Furniture business HSL has revealed plans to open a new store in Preston.
Situated at the Queens Shopping Park on Queen Street, at the edge of Preston city centre, the retailer has submitted a planning application for permission to install new signage on a unit there.
The application, which was submitted to Preston City Council, seeks approval to replace nine signs around the building, while no approval is needed for the usage of the site as it was previously occupied under the retail category.
Yorkshire-based HSL has been trading for over 55 years and has more than 50 branches across the country.
The retailer recently agreed a 10-year lease at the J9 Retail Park in Warrington, taking a 5,000sqft space.
