Formed in 1945 – primarily to service the textile industry in Tuscany, Italy – the Albini & Pitigliani group now has a presence in over 75 countries, including ALPI in the UK.

Italy specialists, but much more too
Given their heritage, clearly Italy remains a large part of the company’s core business. They operate weekly services to and from seven of their own depots; from Verona and Milan in the north, down to Barletta and Naples in the south. Sea freight is another area where ALPI UK have seen significant growth. Dedicated teams manage key routes including the Far East, USA and India. LCL, FCL and project cargo all feature within ALPI’s specialist remit.
