As a Designate Store Manager, you’ll be a key player in our leadership team, covering Stores in South East London and Essex. You’ll lead from the front, support store operations during annual leave or as needed, and drive performance across multiple sites, with a primary base location in our Dagenham outlet.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and support high-performing teams alongside an experienced Area Manager and Sales Manager
• Cover all our South East London & Essex store locations as needed, providing support and leadership across the region
• Set and achieve ambitious sales and operational targets
• Ensure outstanding customer service and elevate in-store experiences
• Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Promote a positive, supportive work environment where your team can thrive
• Collaborate with senior management to align with company goals and strategies

Skills:
• Proven experience in store management, furniture retail is a plus, but not essential
• A natural leader who can energise and manage diverse teams
• Strong track record in driving sales and hitting KPIs
• Organised, adaptable and ready to take on a fast-paced, multi-site role
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites (required)

Experience:
• Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
• Retail sales: 2 years (required)
• Experience in retail management: 1 year (required)
• Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s within a fast-paced retail environment
