Independent bed and furniture retailer The Good Sleep Company has relocated to a larger store.

Situated on High Street in Banff, the business has moved just up the street to takeover a former M&Co site to expand its floor space.

The move has doubled the space, as well as allowing the company to feature a dedicated adjustable beds zone, and has also seen the business launch The Feet-Up Furniture Co.

Scott Birnie, owner, commented: “We knew that the lease on the old shop was up this year. This place was available and I thought it wouldn’t do any harm to have a look.

“Once we’d looked at it, I didn’t think it was going to be a massive amount of work to get it up to standard, so we thought let’s go for it.

“The new shop has more floor space and it is over two floors. It’s allowed us to get more furniture in and to display things better. It’s enabled us to have things like a dedicated adjustable bed department and a better bedding offering as well.

“We also have dining tables, chairs and sofas, and it’ll also give us more flexibility to try different things in the future as well.”
