Joseph James Furniture Outlet has opened its new store in Warrington.

Situated in the 80,000sqft former M&S building at Golden Square Shopping Centre, the new store officially opened on 7 February 2026.

The new location marks its fourth store in its portfolio, adding to sites in Stretford, Stockport and St Helens.

The business sought a new store in the North West to expand its customer base and continue its mission to be the first nationally recognised furniture outlet.

This new Warrington site, at any one-time, will have for sale approximately 300 sofas, 50 chairs, 50 beds, 65 mattresses, 50 dining tables and 50 sets of dining chairs.

Commenting on the opening, the company said: “The Warrington launch has been very successful so far with the opening proving popular in the local area.

“Footfall was high and we’re excited to grow our business in this location.”
