Danish furniture retailer JYSK has earmarked another location in Cork for its latest store opening.

Situated at the Mahon Retail Park, the new store is expected to open in December, with the aim to launch before Christmas.

The new store will be JYSK’s fifth location in Cork and follows the opening of its store on Blackpool Retail Park earlier this year.

JYSK also recently opened at Airside Retail Park, Swords, Co Dublin, as well as in Killarney during September, marking its second Kerry store.

JYSK currently operates from 29 stores across Ireland, with the retailer recently reporting turnover growth of +12.6% YoY for UK/IE covering financial year 2024/25.

Customer growth has also increased more than 11% YoY, with an addition of +275,000 customers taking the total to over 2.5 million shoppers in the last 12 months.
