Online home and lifestyle brand delivers growth

Home and lifestyle ecommerce retailer Domu Brands has reported a growth in sales and profit.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, total sales rose 33% to £59.3m from £44.4m in 2024.

UK sales represented £56m, up from £42.8m, while EU revenues rose from £1.2m to £3.3m.

EBITDA resulted at £4.8m, up from £3.2m, with pre-tax profit amounted to £4.2m, improving from £2.2m.

The company, owner of home accessories, DIY and furniture brand VonHaus, said: “The financial year ending September 2025 was another very positive year for DOMU Brands Ltd, with the business achieving an EBITDA of £4.8m.

“The macro-economic environment continued to be challenging, however through greater control and focus on our operational performance we were able to adapt and maintain strong results.

“The business saw a return to growth with YOY revenue increasing to £59m, which is down to the performance of our talented team. As we move into FY26 and beyond we plan for continued growth of this high-quality revenue.

“There continues to be cost pressures within the business, including those caused by government policy and the perennially uncertain macro-environment. However, we’re implementing strategies to combat such pressures and will target continued growth in profits in-line with revenue growth.”
