Quality Lounge Suites completes Watford showroom refurb

Quality Lounge Suites (QLS) has revealed the completion of its fully refurbished Watford showroom, a project that began as CGI concepts earlier this year and has now been brought to life in a carefully curated, design-led transformation.

The redesign marks a major milestone for the business, which has served the local area and the design community for over 30 years. With expanded categories, new supplier partnerships and a newly created design hub and sample library, the showroom now reflects the full breadth of what QLS offers today, from bespoke sofas and joinery to complete room solutions.

The redesign has been elevated to create a more curated and luxurious offering, a sophisticated environment where clients and design professionals can explore furniture and materials in a more immersive way. Fully dressed room sets, dedicated consultation areas and an extensive material library support clients at every stage of their project, from initial concept to final installation.

“We’re incredibly proud to see the showroom finally complete,” says Alex Searle, Director at Quality Lounge Suites. “When we first shared the CGI concepts, it was hard to imagine how they would translate into reality, but the finished space has exceeded our expectations. It feels contemporary, calm and beautifully curated, while still keeping that warmth we are known for that our customers love. This refurbishment marks a new chapter for us.”

The relaunch also highlights QLS’s growing network of suppliers. The showroom now features collections and displays from LondonArt, Illuminati Lighting, Alf DaFrè, and a number of other specialist manufacturers who support the company’s bespoke sofa and joinery offering.

“We’ve grown so much over the last few years,” adds Dan Roback, Director. “Our joinery work has grown significantly in recent years, and the new showroom now reflects that. Every piece we create is tailored, from materials and finishes to the finer detailing. This space lets clients experience our craftsmanship in a far more immersive way, showing how custom joinery can truly transform a home.”

A major focus of the redesign is its support for the trade community. With one of the most comprehensive sample libraries in the region, offering fabrics, finishes, wallpapers, wood samples, and more, QLS now acts as a working hub for interior designers, architects and property developers.

Richard Searle, Founder and Director at Quality Lounge Suites, said: “When I first started QLS, it was a small reupholstery workshop. We were focused on craftsmanship, detail and looking after every customer who walked through the door. To stand here now in a showroom of this scale, with bespoke joinery, industry-leading partnerships and a growing design community around us, it feels like the business has come full circle. The core values are the same, but what we’re able to offer today is on an entirely elevated level.”

The company is also continuing to develop its digital presence, launching a new e-commerce website that gives customers access to bespoke designs, curated edits, and partner products, complementing its new physical presence and broadening its reach across the UK.
