Record international attendance at CIFF Guangzhou 2026

The 57th China International Furniture Fair (CIFF Guangzhou 2026) has successfully concluded at the Canton Fair Complex in Pazhou.

Held across two phases (18–21 March and 28–31 March, 2026), the exhibition spanned 850,000 square meters across 90 halls, bringing together over 5,100 brands from 36 countries and regions, reaching a new record in exhibitor participation.

The fair welcomed 353,106 professional visitors from 185 countries and regions, including 64,291 overseas attendees, marking a significant +13.2% increase and setting a new all-time high.

Guided by the theme CONNECT · CREATE, CIFF Guangzhou continues to evolve beyond the traditional trade fair model, positioning itself as a platform where design, manufacturing and global trade converge.

Its strength lies not only in scale, but in its ability to bring together a complete ecosystem of resources, enabling business development, industry exchange and innovation across the entire furniture value chain.

The participation of 1,582 new exhibitors (31.8% of the total) reflects the dynamism of the platform and its growing capacity to attract new market players alongside established international brands.

The 2026 edition placed strong emphasis on emerging lifestyles and evolving consumer needs. Within the Home Furniture exhibition, new thematic zones — Healthy Aging, Pet Home, Massage Chairs / Function Sofas and New Retail — highlighted key directions shaping the market.

The Healthy Elderly Living Themed Exhibition, featuring nearly 60 companies, presented integrated solutions combining senior-friendly furniture, smart care technologies and service systems, addressing the rapid growth of the silver economy.

At the same time, the CIFM/interzum guangzhou has launched the ” Global Debut Gala”, collaborating with 10 leading equipment manufacturers, and presenting 24 strategic new products for the first time on-site.

“The success of CIFF Guangzhou 2026 reflects a broader transformation of the furniture industry towards a more design-driven, technology-enabled and globally connected ecosystem,” the organisers said.

“With record international participation and continuous evolution, CIFF Guangzhou confirms its role as the platform where the future of the furniture industry is actively taking shape. We look forward to welcoming you again at Pazhou on 18–21 and 28–31 March 2027.”
