Sales and profit down at office furniture maker

Office furniture manufacturer Elite has reported a decline in sales and profit.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025, total sales fell 11.5% to £20.7m from £23.4m in 2024.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £3.9m, down from £4.8m recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company added that year end cash remained strong at £5.7m, with net assets consistent with the prior year at around £27m.
