Furniture and home goods retailer Teamson UK has reported a decline in turnover while losses narrowed.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, total sales fell 43% to £3.3m from £5.8m in 2023.
Pre-tax losses resulted at £391,000, narrowing from a loss of £760,000 recorded in the previous year.
UK sales were flat at £3.3m, while rest of the world revenues decreased entirely from £2.4m to no sales as EU revenues were transferred into the German subsidiary company.
Stated within its report, Teamson said: “Despite the decrease in turnover, the net loss generated for the year has decreased from £761k in 2023 to £392k in 2024 and the company has net liabilities as at 31 December 2024 of £742k (2023 – £351k). The trading subsidiaries remain strong and the group continues to remain supportive.”
