Furniture and fabrics business Susie Watson Designs has reported flat sales as turnover remained at £10m.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, total sales stood at £10m, in line with that of £10.1m in 2024.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £1.1m, down from £1.5m recorded in the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company, which trades across 10 UK stores and online with products imported from India and Sri Lanka, said gross margins remained high due to its pricing structure.

“The company will continue to look for a limited number of new shops in good retail towns where it is not currently represented, as well as continuing its investment in (and expansion of) online sales,” the business added.
