Bedding supplier Bedeck has reported a growth in sales and a return to profit.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, total sales rose to £44.8m from £32m in 2023 – this was over an extended accounting period.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £2.8m, up from its loss of £3.5m recorded against the prior reporting period.

Stated within its report, the company said: “On 31 December 2024, as part of a group restructure the company acquired 100% of the share capital of Smartcooki.com Ltd.

“At the same time the trade and assets of the company were hived across from Smartcooki.com Ltd to Bedeck Limited.

“The Company will continue to develop relations with suppliers, generate new business where possible and increase retention levels while remaining highly competitive.

“The Company is continually researching and developing new products and services to ensure it continues to provide a strong product to the market.”
