Flooring and furniture contractor Designer Contracts has reported consistent sales as turnover remained strong at over £40m.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 October 2025, total sales were flat at £43.2m.
Pre-tax profit resulted at £304,000, slightly down from £486,000 recorded the previous year.
Stated within its report, the company said: “Turnover was static in the year vs. 2024 but this was despite a strategic decision to close our showhouse design business which had a turnover of £1.3m in 2024.
“The Board remains optimistic regarding the company’s Medium-term outlook, supported by strong market indications from the major housebuilders which are our largest clients, and exceptionally healthy order books across all regions.”
