Sofa Club appoints new Group Marketing Director

Sofa Club has announced the appointment of Stephanie Rackley as Group Marketing Director, bringing nearly 20 years of experience working with premium, high-growth, consumer-focused brands.

Stephanie joins Sofa Club with a distinguished track record across the beauty and wellbeing sectors, having held senior marketing roles at leading brands including Medik8, bareMinerals and Champneys. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with founders, CEOs and commercial teams to drive rapid scale through a strategic balance of creativity and commerciality.

Most recently, Stephanie spent six years as a Marketing Strategy Consultant, leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams across brand, digital, content and performance. Her consultancy portfolio spans a diverse range of businesses, from interior design studios and luxury hotel chains to global skincare brands, delivering transformative growth strategies and building high-performing marketing functions.

In her new role, Stephanie will oversee Sofa Club’s group-wide marketing strategy, driving brand development, customer acquisition and long-term growth. Her expertise in building premium brands and leading integrated marketing teams will support Sofa Club’s continued expansion and ambition to redefine the modern sofa buying experience.
