Specialist furniture manufacturer SICO Europe has reported a growth in sales and profit.

According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 30 November 2023, total sales rose 8.9% to £12.2m from £11.1m in 2022.

Pre-tax profit resulted at £449,000, improving from a profit of £91,000 recorded the previous year.

Stated within its report, the company said: “Results for the financial year have shown a strong performance for the group. Sales order intake was particularly positive for 2023.

“Through having a continued established sales team, we have been able to capitalise on the opportunities in the market and as a result have seen a much better push into continental Europe then previously.”
