Two furniture retailers have signed up at a retail park in Warrington.

Upholstered furniture retailer ScS has agreed a 10-year lease on a 10,000sqft unit at the J9 Retail Park.

Meanwhile, furniture business HSL Chairs has also agreed a 10-year lease at the site, taking a 5,000sqft space.

Both lettings reflect a continued trend of occupiers upgrading to the park to benefit from its “established trading environment and strong customer draw”, says Derwent Estates – acting on behalf of the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation.

J9 Retail Park is one of nine out of town retail parks managed by Derwent Estates. The retail park also includes other retailers such as Home Bargains and Dunelm.
