California-based furniture manufacturer Armen Living has announced the acquisition of North Carolina-based outdoor furniture maker Uwharrie Chair Company.

Armen Living’s owner, president and CEO, Kevin Kevonian, said that the takeoever will unlock “limitless possibilities” in design and will also add significant fuel to the future growth of the business.

“We are honored to introduce our new outdoor line: Uwharrie Chair Company,” a statement said.

“Discover Uwharrie Chair’s beautiful, hand-crafted, benchmade, custom outdoor furniture for Bar, Dining, and More. Made in America, with domestic distribution, manufactured in North Carolina.”
