Following the success of the launch at the Minerva Buying Group Autumn Fair, the partnership between ACASTA Europe Ltd, Best Insurance and ISM Furniture Services, now supported by LCK International Germany, moves into its first full year – presenting at the January Furniture Show (Stand 5-A66, Hall 5) and AIS INDX Furniture (17th to 20th January).
This four-part collaboration brings together insurance underwriting, technology and product management, national service delivery, and global furniture-care expertise into one connected proposition.
The result is the UK’s first end-to-end, fully integrated, retailer-branded warranty, service and care solution – built around customers and designed for both retailers and manufacturers. Together, these provide a modern alternative to traditional warranty structures, focused on fair value, transparency and improving customer outcomes.
