Innovative and stunning lighting will feature in German bedroom manufacturer Wiemann’s latest ranges to be unveiled at the January Furniture Show (Hall 3, Stand D50, NEC, Birmingham, January 18-21 2026).
The award-winning company is set to reveal five new collections of contemporary and eye-catching wardrobes, including three premium VIP ranges and two which fall in the price-entry, UK specific market.
Kai Schwenke, Wiemann’s export manager, said: “Having recently celebrated its 125th birthday, Wiemann continues to innovate and invest in the design and manufacture of high quality, stylish bedrooms. The company has recently acquired a local glass manufacturer which has enabled us to develop exciting new features to incorporate into our furniture.
“The innovation around lighting on the new premium VIP ranges is something special. Wiemann’s designers have created products which are really eye catching but without losing practicality. The new ranges combine tasteful illumination with luxury looks in a refreshing and inspiring way.”
Visitors to Hall 3, Stand D50 will also be able to catch up with all Wiemann’s market-leading favourite products and see the various additional options being launched at the JFS. Some of the new options include new finishes, handles and lighting while others are more functional, such as different heights and widths, deeper drawers and even accessory hooks for the outside of their wardrobes.
Simon Hewitt, md of Wiemann’s sole agents for the UK and Ireland, Litmus Furniture, said: “We have some fantastic products lined up for launch in January 2026. Customers know Wiemann offers high standards across all its products and the new ranges are no exception.

“The premium VIP ranges, which are known as Wiemann’s heartland, are set to be the stars of the show. Prototypes have been shown at trade exhibitions in Germany in the Autumn and they have been enthusiastically received, feedback listened to and tweaks made for the UK market. We are looking forward to launching them at the NEC.”
Wiemann marked its 125th anniversary with a celebration dinner in the Autumn. The company is still family run with the current md, Markus Wiemann, being the great grandson of founder Mathias Wiemann. Central to the business’s ethos are family values, a culture of investment and high standards, which have all contributed to its longevity and success.
Wiemann has another reason to look forward to the JFS, having been named as a finalist in two categories of the inaugural Excellence in Furniture Awards. The winners will be announced at the show. Wiemann is in the running for the Global Player and Superior Service awards.
Those who cannot be at the JFS can still see Wiemann’s new ranges by appointment at either of the company’s two permanent UK showrooms in Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire, and Harlow, Essex. Please contact enquiries@wiemannuk.co.uk.
