Bed Show Returns Next Month

The award-winning Bed Show returns to Telford International Centre on 22 and 23 September, bringing together the very best of the British and Irish bed industry for two days of innovation, networking and business opportunities.

Organised by the National Bed Federation (NBF), the UK’s leading authority on beds, the exhibition has become the industry’s must-attend annual gathering for manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and specifiers. The trade association extends its gratitude to all the Big Furniture Group readers who recently voted the event ‘Best Trade Show’ 2026.

More than just an exhibition, the Bed Show is where the industry comes together to discover new products, explore emerging trends and build valuable business relationships. It provides NBF-approved manufacturers with the opportunity to launch new collections, while suppliers of components, fillings, fabrics, machinery and specialist services showcase the innovations helping to shape the future of bed manufacturing.

This year’s event features some of the industry’s biggest names alongside an exciting mix of specialist brands. Visitors can expect to see exhibitors including Adjust-A-Bed, Deepsleep Beds, Harrison Spinks, Hypnos, Nectar Sleep, Sealy UK, Silentnight and many more, offering inspiration for retailers looking to enhance their product ranges and meet changing consumer demand.

A key feature of the event is the dedicated Supplier Zone – a “show within a show” – which shines a spotlight on the businesses supplying the materials, components and services that keep the industry moving. Purchasing managers and mattress production teams will find everything from premium fabrics, foams, springs and natural fibres to bespoke print solutions and sustainability-focused innovations. Exhibitors include AW Hainsworth, CPS Group, Enkev UK, Handy, John Cotton Nonwovens, Maes Mattress Tickings, Spinks, The Vita Group, WE Rawson and Wolf Components.

Working with NBF-approved bed manufacturer members gives buyers added confidence that the products meet the UK’s strict standards and regulations. Through the NBF Code of Practice, sustainability guidance and ongoing regulatory support, all NBF members stay informed of evolving standards, with several suppliers also choosing independent auditing to provide additional assurance to their customers.

Beyond the exhibition halls, visitors can enjoy a lively programme of networking and entertainment, including the prestigious NBF Bed Industry Awards and Gala Dinner on the evening of 22 September. Fresh from a busy summer of sport, one of the UK’s finest broadcasters, Clare Balding, will crown the eight winners of the awards which recognise excellence across manufacturing, supplying and retail.

The continued success of the Bed Show and its support from BFG readers reflects everything the NBF stands for: bringing the industry together, encouraging innovation and creating opportunities for businesses of every size to grow. Whether you’re sourcing new products, discovering the latest technologies or strengthening industry connections, the Bed Show is the place to be this September.
