Fully assembled furniture manufacturer Welcome Furniture has reported a growth in sales.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025, total sales rose 5.2% to £28m from £26.6m in 2024.
Pre-tax profit resulted at £205,000, slightly down from £284,000 recorded the previous year.
Stated within its report, the company commented: “During the year the business has continued in its strategy to penetrate the Contracts market further and to innovate and expand its production & distribution capabilities in its traditional Retail sector.
“Overall, the Directors are happy with progress against their strategic long-term goals and though the short-term Retail sector outlook remains challenging are cautiously optimistic for the future.”
